To ensure the highest quality, every product is handcrafted after an order is placed. Please allow 1–2 business days for crafting and packaging before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently use USPS and UPS for all shipments. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
For local orders within a 25-mile radius of Rocklin, CA, we offer free local delivery. Delivery will be arranged once the product is crafted and packaged, and you will be contacted to confirm the delivery time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free local delivery is available for orders within a 25-mile radius of Rocklin, CA.
4. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed.

Local Delivery: Free local deliveries within the 25-mile radius will be scheduled after the crafting and packaging process is complete.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Senkor LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance, feel free to reach out to us at touch@senkor.shop.
8. Combined Orders
If multiple orders are placed within the same day, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce waste.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
